The room had central heating, a writing table, and an iron. The breakfast offered a variety of options including cereals and hot waffles. The hotel is conveniently located near many big trucks and restaurants.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A/c worked well-bathroom clean. I would stay again but not for an extended period of time.

No elevator but was told as long as it was only two stories they did not need an elevator. I'm not sure if that is indicated in their brochure but should be so that guests would know ahead of time to book the first floor especially those with heart or respiratory health issues. You could not use a luggage carrier if you were on the second floor. Had I known about the lack of an elevator I would have booked the 1st floor. Only two rooms with mini refrigerators. Sheets were a bit thin and my fitted sheet did not stay put due to lack of elasticity.

Had a great time during my road trip stay here. The hotel's spot in the middle of Jackson was super convenient. Plus, it was surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping spots, making it a breeze to find everything I needed! 🛍️

Despite the double paying for the evening ... I did find the bed was extremely comfortable .. and the continental breakfast was satisfying. I would like to be contacted regarding this double paying for one evening !!

Nice overall experience. Luxurious hotel with SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff and excellent wi-fi. The most important - particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Exceptionally comfortable bed, neat room.

Everything was great, my next choice again in Janesville. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a writing table, and an iron. The staff were amicable and efficient and always had a smile. The hotel was in a comfy location for shopping.

Overall a perfectly pleasant stay on a road trip. Comfortable and absolutely perfect location, relatively close to New Life Assembly of God. A lot of food options not very far from the venue.

Had a really enjoyable stay on a road trip. Fairly clean hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was unbeatable in the middle of Janesville. The venue was just next door to downtown and across the street from decent restaurants.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, bathroom, and AC; I enjoyed having breakfast at the bar in a convenient location.

The check-in and check-out experience was efficient and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a potential problem. Free breakfast and wifi were provided, and the location of the room was convenient. The waffles served for breakfast were enjoyable.

The hotel was fairly priced which was great for our road trip. The location was fantastic, right by cruise ships, restaurants, and fuel stations. We enjoyed visiting the lake in the evening, it was only 700 ft from the hotel.
